Position Overview

Role Summary

As part of the Finance Systems team, you will support the Order to Cash and Revenue Value Stream, focusing on Quote to Revenue architecture involving Zuora CPQ, Billing, and Zuora Revenue, integrated with Salesforce CRM and Netsuite GL. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, system integrations, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in billing and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Zuora’s Billing and Revenue Recognition systems.
2. Analyze financial data, gather requirements, and optimize billing and revenue processes.
3. Configure Zuora CPQ, Billing, and RevPro to meet business needs.
4. Develop integrations and automate workflows using tools like Workato.
5. Partner with Revenue Accounting and Operations teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant in billing and revenue recognition systems.
3. Hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ, Billing, and RevPro.
4. Strong knowledge of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial compliance standards.
5. Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL is a plus.
6. Proficiency in business process modeling and project management tools.
7. Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile environments.

Additional Details

Location: Anywhere in the U.S., with options for remote or in-office in Colorado. Travel to Denver or other North American locations may be required.
