Purpose of Role

Key Accountabilities Include

• Ensure managed events achieve brand and business objectives
• Events executed within approved budget
• Easy and efficient travel services are provided to YCA employees & customers

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Lead select tier 1, 2 and 3 tradeshow and customer-facing events
• Report on performance provide actionable insights
• Manage vendor relationships
• Adapt category strategies into event strategic plans
• Provide corporate travel services

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is $88,000 - $109,000 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
• Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
