Playa Bowls in Oklahoma City is seeking friendly event team members to help deliver an exceptional guest experience at outdoor events.

You will set up equipment, assist with food stations, greet guests, handle orders at the POS, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, restaurant hospitality, or event production preferred.
• Stand/walk for 5–8 hours, lift up to 20 lbs, outdoor work.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
• Reliable transportation to diverse outdoor venues.
• Multitask to access the POS and manage orders.

Responsibilities

• Transport, assemble, and position outdoor event equipment (tents, tables, chairs, trash stations).
• Assist with event food station preparation with food safety standards.
• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and maintain clean areas during events.
• Monitor outdoor conditions and keep food at proper temperature; dispose of trash correctly.
• Operate the POS to take and process orders.
• Represent Playa Bowls and its core values in every interaction.
