Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking energetic Events Team Members to bring our brand experience to life at events across community locations, indoors and outdoors. You will represent the brand, assist with setup/breakdown, transport materials, and engage guests with friendly service and product sampling.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and comfortable traveling to multiple bakery sites and event venues. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, transportation, and cleanup.
• Help transport cakes, products, displays, supplies, and other event materials.
• Interact with guests and customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with product sampling, promotions, sales, and other event activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, bakery leadership, and fellow Events Team Members.
• Travel to different bakery locations and off-site events as needed.
• Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and in a variety of event environments.
• Take initiative and help wherever needed to ensure a successful event.

Make Every Event a Little Sweeter!

We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and outgoing Events Team Members to help bring the Nothing Bundt Cakes experience to life at events throughout our communities!

Our Events Team supports events across all five of our bakery locations (Ardmore, Springfield, Collegeville, King of Prussia & Warrington), as well as off‑site community and promotional events. Some events will be indoors, while others will be outdoors, so flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are important.

What You’ll Do
