Job summary

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking individuals for a bartending role on an as-needed basis for private events in Dahlonega, Georgia. This role primarily involves setting up and breaking down bars, serving drinks, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should be able to work at least 1-2 weekend days, with possible full-time hours during busy periods.

Basic bartending experience and good communication skills are preferred. Pay is set at $15 per hour, plus occasional tips based on client's discretion.

Job description

We are looking for individuals looking to work on an as-needed basis. We primarily book events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but we also occasionally have weekday events. This job would be a great fit for individuals looking to work at least 1-2 days over the weekend, with the potential to work up to 40 hours a week in our busier months.

Job Description

• Responsible for setting up and breaking down bars for private events including accurately counting inventory
• Can follow basic direction and guidance
• Offers exemplary customer service - always friendly with a positive attitude and a smile!
• Responsible for serving wine, beer, and liquor when behind the bar
• Can follow and enforce Montaluce's alcohol management policy requirements
• Basic bartending experience
• Attention to detail - must be able to notice and attend to the minute details that make up the guest experience
• Communication - must be able to properly communicate with coworkers and guests alike
• Teamwork - must be able to work well with others to achieve a common goal
• Troubleshooting - must be able to actively solve problems as needed (while alerting management when necessary)
• Multi-tasking - must be able to simultaneously handle the needs of multiple guests

Pay: $15/hr + occasional tips *You will not be tipped at each event - tipping is at the client's discretion
