About the role

We’re hiring a detail-obsessed Events Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team and lead the execution of our regional field events programme across the US and beyond.

This is a high-volume, high-ownership role focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and tight alignment with sales. Our regional events programme is one of our largest and most visible demand generation investments—these aren’t just booths and banners; they’re strategic moments to build pipeline and market presence.

You’ll thrive here if you’re relentlessly organized, calm under pressure, and love making complex logistics feel seamless. You’ll also play a key role in helping us scale smarter—strengthening processes, systems, and execution standards with every event we run.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver your portfolio of regional sales events, managing all logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, contracts, communication, vendor coordination, travel, shipping, and on-site execution where required.
  • Own the relationship with regional sales reps, acting as the primary contact to align on goals, local context, and execution details.
  • Manage event budgetswithin your portfolio—gather quotes, track spend, and ensure delivery within allocation.
  • Coordinate lead capture and follow-upwith Sales and RevOps, ensuring timely attribution and post-event action to drive pipeline outcomes.
  • Coordinate marketing execution needs, including signage, collateral, swag, and light-touch promotional activity in partnership with the broader team.
  • Build and maintain event documentation, including run sheets, team briefs, timelines, manifests, and post-event reports.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement, helping refine our templates, tools, and workflows to increase consistency, quality, and scalability.
  • Assist with flagship and Kami-hosted eventsas needed, supporting the Head of Events with larger activations and cross-functional campaign delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume event execution or field marketing
  • Confident self-starter who can juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders with ease
  • Strong sense of ownership—no loose ends, no missed follow-ups
  • Clear, professional communicator with experience managing internal teams and external vendors
  • Able to adapt quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and stay calm under pressure
  • Eager to be part of a tight-knit, high-output team focused on learning, iteration, and impact
