Job summary

ShipStation Global seeks an Events Specialist in Dallas, TX. The role supports planning and execution of company-hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, roadshows, and customer programs.

You will coordinate logistics, manage on-site setup, and ensure brand consistency across materials. You will also handle promotional products, inventory, and giveaways, partnering with marketing to align events with campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience required (minimum).
  • Experience supporting a variety of events, from large-scale user events and tradeshows to digital webinars.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with a team and execute consistently at a high level.
  • Willingness to travel and serve as the on-site primary contact for tradeshows and events.
  • Knowledge of promotional products, giveaways, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of company-hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, roadshows, and customer programs.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue details, vendor communication, booth setup, collateral, and on-site support.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for tradeshows and events, traveling as needed.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across event materials and experiences.
  • Manage promotional product inventory and the promotional items digital storefront.
  • Source and coordinate giveaways for events and campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align events with broader campaigns.
  • Support sales with event attendance, engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed.
  • Track event performance against defined KPIs (attendance, leads generated, feedback) and assist with post-event reporting.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for the Dallas office as needed.
