The Anywhere Franchise Brands Event Specialist executes a portfolio of events while working closely with and reporting to a Manager, Events. This position supports the strategy, planning, and delivery of experiential events for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Coldwell Banker Realty local and national level events, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, and ERA Real Estate, as well as industry events.

Responsibilities Include
  • Support the site search process and preparation of options for presentation to brand leadership.
  • Support event activities for industry events including pre-planning and onsite delivery.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with event and brand leadership to manage project plans, programs, and budgets.
  • Track and maintain detailed event budgets, including invoice management and reconciliation.
  • Execute contracts with event vendors and manage payments.
  • Manage logistics of external vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Create and manage venue and audio-visual specifications.
  • Support registration processes before and during events.
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Assist with updating event websites and apps to engage attendees.
  • Manage housing and room blocks in coordination with registration.
  • Assist with food and beverage planning within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning breakout sessions with the Client Success team.
  • Drive signage and decoration plans, working with marketing and management.
  • Order and manage assets, promotional items, and collateral for events.
  • Develop event overviews and debriefs, including financial summaries and lessons learned.
  • Support virtual events via Teams as needed.
  • Assist the Events Team with additional projects and events.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High energy and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Monday.com.
  • Ability to travel 4-6 times per year, possibly more.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Preferred location in Illinois, Indiana, or Ohio; open to candidates from other central states due to travel and timezone considerations.
