The Anywhere Franchise Brands Event Specialist executes a portfolio of events while working closely with and reporting to a Manager, Events. This position supports the strategy, planning, and delivery of experiential events for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Coldwell Banker Realty local and national level events, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, and ERA Real Estate, as well as industry events.

Responsibilities Include
  • Support the site search process and prepare options for presentation to brand leadership.
  • Support event activities for industry events, including pre-planning and onsite delivery.
  • Collaborate with event and brand leadership to manage project plans, event programs, and budgets.
  • Track and maintain detailed event budgets, including invoice management and reconciliation.
  • Handle contracts with event vendors, including payments.
  • Manage logistics for external vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Create and manage venue and audio-visual specifications.
  • Support registration processes before and during events.
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to drive event attendance and communication.
  • Assist with creating and updating event websites and apps to increase engagement.
  • Manage housing and room blocks in conjunction with registration.
  • Assist with food and beverage selection within budget.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning breakout sessions with the Client Success team.
  • Drive signage plans, working with marketing on design and installation.
  • Support development of reception themes, décor, entertainment, and creating memorable moments.
  • Coordinate ordering and shipping of assets, promotional items, and collateral.
  • Assist with event overviews, debriefs, and financial summaries.
  • Manage virtual events via Teams occasionally.
  • Support the Events Team on projects and events as needed.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and C-suite relationships.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • High energy and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Monday.com.
  • Ability to travel 4-6 times per year, possibly more.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Preferred candidates are based in Illinois, Indiana, or Ohio, but applications from other central regions are considered due to travel needs and time zone considerations.
