Job summary

SAIC in Pearl City, Hawaii seeks an Event Operations Planning Analyst to support USPACOM in exercises and rehearsals, coordinating travel, equipment, and transportation logistics while producing event support and facility documentation.

The role involves managing SharePoint data, event floor plans, IM/KM briefs, and coordination with military, civilian, and contractor staff; must hold US citizenship and a Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years related experience; or 7+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and establishing video teleconference (VTC) meetings.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Microsoft SharePoint and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage virtual collaboration and maintain relevant exercise support data on SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain event support and facility documentation and products (POAM decks, requirement charts, workflow products).
• Work with military, civilian and contractor personnel to identify, verify and track all event IT, COMMS, and System/Network requirements.
• Implement and manage access and badging process for each exercise/event.
• Create, manage, and disseminate event floor plans for transitions and execution.
• Produce event Information Management / Knowledge Management brief.
• Create and present the PWC Facility Brief for each event.
• Create and manage exercise and facility SharePoint sites as well as daily agendas and schedules.
• Process travel documents for deployed events.
• Work with a small team to input and manage internal calendar.
• Communicate with and lead meetings with USPACOM leadership and planners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with military, civilian and contractor personnel to identify, verify and track all event IT, COMMS, and System/Network requirements.

• Implement and manage access and badging process for each exercise/event.

• Create, manage, and disseminate event floor plans for transitions and execution.

• Work with the Event Support team to produce event Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) brief.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors and three (3)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

• Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and establishing video teleconference (VTC) meetings.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Microsoft SharePoint and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

• Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

• Must be detail oriented.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE

• Must have an active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.

• Must be a current US Citizen.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
