Overview

Join Willpower as our Events & Partnerships Manager. Willpower is a brand platform built to power performance, operating across wellness, performance, and community-driven brand building. Location: Austin, TX. Type: Full-Time. Start Date: Immediate. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/yr OTE. Base: $60,000 - $80,000/yr + Performance Bonus ($20,000 - $40,000 OTE).

Willpower collaborates across Willpower Performance, Willpower Brands, and Willpower Wellness to bring our vision to life, working directly with the Founder.

Responsibilities

• The Opportunity: Be a key builder across all three pillars to bring events and partnerships to life; collaborate with the founder and manage high-level brand activations, strategic relationships, and internal event teams.
• Your Role: Support with strategy development and execution for experiences across Willpower Brands, Wellness, and Performance; manage all event logistics (timelines, run-of-show, vendor relationships, staffing, and day-of production); partner with creatives to design on-brand activations and engaging event environments.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Support & develop partnership pitch decks and outreach strategies.
• Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, activation planning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with partners like OOFOS, Hyperice, Nike, AG1, and others to co-create impactful brand experiences.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Work with design and content teams to craft invites, recaps, social posts, and digital content.
• Lead guest communications and check-in flows across email, RSVP platforms, and event tools.
• Maintain CRM and manage community follow-ups post-event.

Systems, Ops & Internal Workflow

• Own and evolve internal tools and workflows (Notion, Google Suite, etc).
• Build repeatable systems for sponsorship tracking, production management, and post-event reporting.
• Serve as the central operator for cross-functional project management with contractors and collaborators.
