Torc invites an energetic Marketing & Events Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth. You will plan and execute trade shows, conferences, recruiting events, and customer engagements, ensuring flawless logistics and brand-aligned experiences.

The role requires travel, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach from planning through post-event follow-up. You will collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive attendee engagement and ROI.

Formación

• Associate's degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field.
• Experience planning corporate events, trade shows and conferences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, recruiting events, customer engagements, and internal company events from planning through post-event completion.
• Independently manage event logistics including registration, venue coordination, shipping and receiving, inventory management, travel arrangements, and event material preparation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event stakeholders, vendors, venues, and internal partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain event project plans, schedules, timelines, and checklists while proactively identifying risks and driving deliverables.
• Partner with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to support event objectives, attendee experiences, and business outcomes.
• Represent the Torc brand professionally at industry events by communicating approved messaging and directing inquiries to subject matter experts.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Torc's products, industry position, and messaging to support event goals.
