The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for the project management of our trade shows and events. They will be joining a team of two Senior Events Marketing Managers.

This role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills are essential. The position requires the ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders and field marketing and build partnerships that are critical to the success of our trade shows and events.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Oversee planning, production, and execution of trade shows and events.
  • Expertly drive weekly core team meetings, including workback plans and budgets.
  • Bring a fun, creative, positive energy to work every day - creating relationships that help drive the business forward.
  • Team with internal and agency stakeholders as one team to produce great events.
  • Expand and manage customer meeting program at Tier 1 events.
  • Provide on-site support as needed
  • Handle purchase orders, payments and tracking expenses.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ability to budget effectively and manage costs before, during and after the event.
  • Proven success in executing multiple events at a time and using both internal and external resources.
  • Ability to travel, including weekends in some cases.
  • Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
  • Excellent project management skills and creative thinking,
  • 5-7+ years on a trade show or events team
  • Excels at cross-group collaboration, communication and problem solving.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and meeting management software.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range of $127,920.00-$159,900.00. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered.
