Job description

Weezie is seeking an Events Manager with an unshakeable eye for detail and a passion for hospitality to lead the next chapter of our event strategy. You'll build a recurring cadence of gatherings that deepen our community's connection to the brand — from intimate launch celebrations and styled dinners to seasonal activations, trunk shows, brand trips, and higher-volume, shoppable moments. You'll be the one who turns an idea into a genuinely memorable experience, at any scale, again and again. Reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you'll own and activate Weezie's experiential calendar end to end.

The ideal candidate has spent years mastering the details that make an event unforgettable. You bring a proven track record planning elevated, high-touch events, along with the pace and precision that top-tier hospitality demands.

What you'll do
  • Lead a rich, recurring calendar of brand experiences, including larger seasonal activations, launch celebrations, brand trips, and trunk shows.
  • Own smaller-scale, higher-volume, shoppable activations (community events and takeovers, retail pop-ups, and sampling moments) bringing the same care to a display of product as you would to a seated dinner.
  • At the direction of Brand team leadership, conceive the full arc of each experience: the concept, the styling, the guest journey, the details no one else would have thought of.
  • Lead sourcing and management of venues, vendors, florals, catering, staffing, gifting, and every other layer of production that makes an event feel effortless.
  • Act as on-site lead for every event: overseeing setup, styling, pacing, and breakdown with the composure of someone who's done this before.
  • Maintain guest lists, run-of-show documents, and budgets with precision.
  • Build a community program with real staying power — not one-off moments, but a recurring rhythm of gatherings that turns customers into genuine advocates and friends of the brand.
  • Partner with Social and Creative to ensure every event is captured beautifully and translated into content that extends its life well beyond the event itself.
  • Serve as a warm, credible brand presence at every activation — the person guests remember.
  • Build and lead the right team around each event, working with internal teams and outside partners to bring each experience to life at the highest level.
  • Gather and share guest feedback and insights to continually raise the bar on what a Weezie event feels like.
  • Coordinate with Brand, Creative, and Growth to ensure every event supports broader campaign and brand priorities.
Who you are
  • 5-7 years of experience in event planning or experiential marketing (brand experience a plus).
  • Comfortable operating across the full range of scale — equally at home producing an elevated seated dinner and running a high-volume, shoppable activation on a college campus.
  • Exceptionally organized, with strong project management skills and an eye for detail that doesn't waver under pressure.
  • A natural host, you understand hospitality and know how to make guests feel genuinely cared for.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and timelines simultaneously without losing sight of the guest experience.
  • Impeccable taste and a strong visual point of view, with an instinct for what feels elevated, current, and distinctly Weezie.
  • Strong communicator, able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners/agencies.
  • Passionate about the Weezie brand and eager to bring it to life in person.
  • Flexible and calm under pressure. Event days don't always go as planned, and you roll with it.
What to expect
  • Frequent travel; up to 75%
  • Hybrid work environment (Atlanta-based; in-office Tuesday through Thursday)
  • A team that works hard but knows how to #enjoythestay
  • Unlimited PTO, plus remote work during the week of July 4 and an office closure the week after Christmas
  • Anniversary benefits program, including a Summer Fridays (1pm summer close) after 1 year of service, $3,000 travel credit after 3 years of service and a 5-week paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Generous Weezie product gifts and discounts for you, your friends, and family
  • Paid Parental Leave
