About NODA AI

NODA AI is a Veteran-owned, venture-backed technology company that is transforming how unmanned systems collaborate in complex, mission-critical environments. We are developing next-generation solutions that enable the autonomous orchestration of heterogeneous unmanned systems across air, sea, land, and space with vital applications in the Defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.

Our marketing organization plays a critical role in shaping how our company, technology, and vision are understood across the defense ecosystem. We are building a function that moves with the business, aligning corporate strategy, business development priorities, product innovation, and market engagement to accelerate growth.

Joining NODA means working on meaningful technology that pushes the boundaries of autonomy alongside a team that thrives on innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration.

The Role

We are seeking an Events & Field Marketing Manager to serve as NODA's subject matter expert for field marketing and event strategy. You will partner across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Executive Leadership, and Integrated Marketing to develop and execute high-impact event programs that support corporate objectives, customer engagement, pipeline development, recruiting, and market awareness.

Your work will span flagship industry conferences, market-specific events, hosted customer engagements, executive events, partner activities, digital events, and technology demonstrations. Every event you own will deliver an exceptional customer experience while advancing NODA's strategic business objectives.

Success in this role requires exceptional planning, adaptability, and operational excellence. You will operate in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve, multiple events run in parallel, and no two engagements are exactly alike. As NODA scales, this role offers the opportunity to expand in strategic scope and organizational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own NODA's annual Defense and Federal event portfolio, including flagship conferences, government industry days, military exercises, international exhibitions, hosted customer engagements, executive events, partner activities, and technology demonstrations
  • Develop annual event strategies, budgets, sponsorships, memberships, and speaking engagements that maximize business development impact and return on investment
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Capture leadership to align event investments and executive engagements with strategic pursuits and pipeline development
  • Develop and execute integrated event marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels, including digital, email, webinars, social, PR, and executive communications
  • Plan and execute executive roundtables, customer receptions, networking events, partner events, and invitation-only engagements that strengthen customer relationships and generate qualified opportunities
  • Lead all phases of event execution, from planning and logistics through onsite management, post-event evaluation, and after-action review
  • Manage exhibit strategy, booth design, logistics, and onsite operations to ensure a professional, mission-focused brand presence
  • Design engaging event experiences that showcase NODA's technology through robotics demonstrations, autonomous system activations, and interactive exhibits
  • Manage event vendors, exhibit houses, sponsorships, venues, and registration platforms to ensure high-quality, cost-effective execution
  • Define success metrics for every event and measure attendance, engagement, executive meetings, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Defense or Federal event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, and exhibiting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a Defense technology company, Government contracting, military, aerospace organization, or similarly technical B2G organization.
  • Strong understanding of the Defense Industrial Base, Federal acquisition ecosystem, and long-cycle business development lifecycles. Demonstrated experience owning an annual portfolio of Defense and military field events across the full event lifecycle, from planning through post-event ROI analysis.
  • Knowledge of Partner Marketing strategies across in-person and digital experiences, including exhibits, social media, and webinars.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated event marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels driving interest in software products.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Business Development, Capture, Executive Leadership, Product, and Engineering to support strategic pursuits and pipeline development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing event budgets, vendor contracts, sponsorships, and event technology platforms.
  • Portfolio of in person exhibits and digital event marketing tactics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience designing immersive event experiences involving robotics, autonomous systems, or other advanced technologies, including software and hardware.
  • Familiarity with autonomous systems, AI, mission software, command and control, military operations, or other advanced Defense technologies.
  • Fluency in U.S. military customs, courtesies, rank structure, and executive engagement protocol.
