We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Experience Manager to execute our growing lineup of seller-facing events, with a strong focus on external partnerships. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of events, from initial planning through execution and post-event analysis, exploring where we collaborate and participate to grow our brand. Your focus will be on delivering compelling event programs across various formats, including webinars, in-person events, and industry conferences. This role extends beyond coordinating logistics: you'll engage with sellers, partners and stakeholders alike to drive mutual value, ensuring each touchpoint resonates. We're looking for someone who excels at bringing event concepts to life through meticulous planning, stakeholder management, and flawless execution.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver events that extend our reach across the seller community. You’ll bring each activation to life, from concept to on-site delivery, while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. Your day-to-day will involve managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables, getting ready for on-site execution. You’ll also play a key role in capturing post-event insights and sharing recommendations to improve future efforts.
