Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks an Events, Promotions & Entertainment Coordinator for Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino in Arizona. The role coordinates events and promotions, assisting with budgeting, planning, and execution to enhance guest experiences and profitability.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of project management experience, a high school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred), and strong public speaking skills. On-site role requiring flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s Degrees are preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in project management required.
• Must demonstrate skill in public speaking, both on and off a microphone, with charisma, clarity and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all assigned Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino events and promotions.
• Assist in budgeting and planning of yearlong calendar of promotions and events.
• Prepare and submit required event documentation including internal controls and promotional materials.
• Communicate project details to events, promotions and entertainment teams and other departments as needed.
• Ensure accurate processing of prize documentation and maintain department recordkeeping.
