Compensation is based on location and will vary.

Job Description

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator in a virtual setting. This position is a 3 month contract with the potential for extension. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organizing hiring events, impacting the success of the recruiting team. Your expertise in events logistics and high-volume interview scheduling across various business units will be crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

Essential Skills

  • High volume scheduling experience
  • Previous experience with events logistics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel

Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while collaborating with the team virtually.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
