Taidou LLC is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and run founder, investor and ecosystem events in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You’ll work with the Atlas principals and sales team to turn each event into relationships and pipeline, ensuring flawless execution from invite to follow-up.
Initially a contractor with onboarding around 90 days, the role converts to a full-time position with benefits upon meeting the stated criteria. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and scope.
Taidou is a private management consulting firm built around real, measurable results. Taidou Atlas is our startup and private-markets practice: through Taidou Exchange we give founders and small businesses one integrated advisory network to build company infrastructure, connect with vetted service providers, complete readiness work, and reach private-market opportunities and curated investor discovery — with no revenue or size minimums.
Atlas works with four groups at once: founders, investors (venture capital, private equity and family offices), the accelerators and ecosystem partners who support them, and the service providers they rely on. Companies move through the Exchange in stages — intake, build, route and raise — and we hold the line on when a company is genuinely ready to meet an investor.
The Events Coordinator plans and runs Taidou Atlas's founder, investor and ecosystem events — pitch nights, investor showcases, founder workshops and partner meetups in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Events are one of the main ways people first meet Taidou, so every detail — the invite list, the room, the run-of-show and the follow-up — matters. You'll work closely with our Atlas principals and sales team to turn each event into relationships and pipeline.
This role is contract-to-hire. You join Taidou as an independent contractor for an initial onboarding period (typically 90 days), during which we agree your goals together. Once the conversion criteria set out in your offer are met, you convert to a full-time position with benefits.
Compensation is competitive and set according to experience and scope. Full details are confirmed in your offer letter.
Compensation. Competitive
