Louisville Metro Government is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to schedule and organize marketing, corporate sponsorship and advertising functions. This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
The role involves coordinating permits, composing communications, and guiding event logistics while building partnerships with sponsors and community groups. It requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience.
The purpose of this position is to schedule and organize marketing, corporate sponsorship and advertising functions.
This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
The essential functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
