The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science has a rich history dating back to 1950 when it was established as the Junior Museum of Miami by the Junior League of Miami. The museum, now located in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, has grown to accommodate 4,000 member families and over 250,000 annual visitors. The institution is known for its engaging exhibits, extensive collections, and one of the largest summer science camps in the nation. With a dedicated team of volunteers and contributors, the museum continues to expand and meet the science education needs of South Florida.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Events Coordinator, located in Hollywood, FL. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events at the museum. Daily tasks include communicating with vendors and clients, managing event logistics, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that events run smoothly. The role involves budget management, compliance with museum policies, and continuous improvement of event processes to enhance visitor experiences.
