IM8 is seeking an Event & Community Intern in Miami (on-site) to support events, activations, launches, partnerships, and day-to-day community engagement. You’ll help plan and run events, keep our community warm and responsive, and capture moments that make IM8 feel alive.

As a current student or recent graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in events, marketing, and brand-building within a fast-moving health company, learning how to engage people both in person and online.

• Current student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in events, community, marketing, or brand.
• Genuinely warm and people-first - you love making others feel welcome.
• Organised and detail-oriented - you follow through, and nothing slips.
• Proactive and hungry - you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, activations, pop-ups, and partnership moments - logistics, vendors, samples, RSVPs, and run-of-show.
