Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Ability to obtain TIPS Certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Follow recipes and pour controls for quality and consistency.
• Process orders and payments through POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and liquor-law compliance.
• Support concerts, weddings, private events, and special programs.
• Assist with event setup, service, and guest engagement as needed.
