Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly Tournament & Banquet Server at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, TX. You will support golf tournaments, banquets, and private events with food and beverage service, event setup and breakdown, and barback help as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with seating, stacking meals, keeping service areas clean, and coordinating with the kitchen and event team to stay on schedule. Prior food service or bar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or bar experience is a plus.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest-focused hospitality and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating and attentive service during events.
• Set up tables, linen, buffets, service stations and break down after events.
• Serve food and beverages, stock bar areas, and keep areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event team to stay on schedule; follow safety rules.
