  • Care for community residents and staff.
  • Connect residents through relationships and community activities.
  • Call others to do the same, fostering a caring community.
Important Details
  • Roles differ between Onsite and Offsite coordinators. Review the program page for details.
  • Onsite coordinators serve 16-20 hours weekly and live onsite; more availability is typical.
  • Offsite coordinators serve 3-9 hours weekly, do not live at the community, and earn $18-20/hour.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and host 2-4 resident events monthly.
  • Provide caring interactions with residents and staff.
  • Encourage residents to share positive experiences online.
  • Develop monthly calendars, manage budgets, and coordinate marketing.
  • Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Visit new residents post-move-in and connect with residents near lease end.
