• Clean and prepare event spaces, including setting up tables, chairs, pipe and drape systems, and other event equipment.
• Assist with site setup activities under the guidance and mentorship of the Event Manager.
• Unload trucks and transport equipment to designated staging areas for assembly and installation.
• Build and install tents, set up trade show booths and event furnishings.
• Support event breakdown and teardown activities, including inventorying and packing equipment for future use.
• Perform janitorial and general cleaning duties before, during, and after events to maintain a safe and professional environment.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18.10 - $18.10 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Event Worker:

• Clean and prepare event spaces, including setting up tables, chairs, pipe and drape systems, and other event equipment
• Assist with site setup activities under the guidance and mentorship of the Event Manager
• Unload trucks and transport equipment to designated staging areas for assembly and installation
• Build and install tents, assemble trade show booths using pipe and drape configurations, and set up tables, chairs, and other event furnishings
• Support event breakdown and teardown activities, including inventorying, organizing, and packing equipment for future use
• Perform janitorial and general cleaning duties before, during, and after events to maintain a safe and professional environment
