Job summary

Legends is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations across the venue, supporting event planning under the Warehouse Manager while ensuring safety, organization and sanitation in all storage areas.

Requirements include a high school diploma, two years of experience in receipt/storage/distribution (including supervisory experience in entertainment or convention venues), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work nights, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two years’ experience in receipt, storage or distribution of materials, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in entertainment or convention venues.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate clearly.
• Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cataloging, inventory control and bulk storage processes.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with the management team.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies in centralized warehouses.
• Maximize space efficiency using storage systems and policies.
• Report damage, outdated stock, shortages, or over/under shipments.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or arrange urgent shipments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
