Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a valet for special events at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. You will greet guests, explain pricing and retrieval procedures, and provide first-class service as the frontline contact for our guests.

This role emphasizes appearance, teamwork with hotel staff, safety, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced events. A clean driving record, reliable attendance, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, explain prices and car retrieval procedures.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage; provide information about services and local attractions.
• Fill out valet tickets, conduct vehicle damage checks, and retrieve/park vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain keys in a secure, organized manner; keep valet area clean and presentable.
• Work with hotel staff to coordinate arrivals/departures and assist during busy periods.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents; perform routine inspections of the area and equipment.
