Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors, stand for long periods, and direct vehicle traffic.
• Commitment to safety procedures and accident-free record.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to designated parking spots to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Complete vehicle damage surveys and document parking location on tickets.
• Attend required staff meetings and training modules.
• Maintain punctuality, uniform, and professional appearance.
• Monitor guest interactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow timekeeping procedures and report tips per guidelines.
• Use and maintain equipment and supplies for the role.
