Job summary

Casting Companion is seeking Brand Ambassadors for a live food promotion in St. Louis, Missouri. You will greet attendees, hand out samples, and assist with merchandise at a branded activation booth, delivering a friendly, professional guest experience.

Shifts run approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with some variation possible. This is a paid W-2 position at $30 per hour; parking is reimbursed, but lodging or travel are not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in St. Louis, Missouri 63110 and arrange transportation to the event.
• Friendly, personable, professional, and confident interacting with consumers.
• Must be able to lift approximately 20–30 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and remaining mobile for extended periods.
• Availability roughly 9 a.m.–4 p.m., with flexibility preferred as hours may vary.
• Background screening and publicity release required.
• Professional black attire and black closed-toe dress shoes per uniform instructions.
• Provide current contact information, location, clothing sizes, and all available shifts.
• Submit two JPG photos: face and full-body, taken within 3–6 months.

This paid experiential marketing opportunity is seeking friendly, dependable event staff who enjoy interacting with the public and creating positive experiences around food and consumer brands.

Selected Brand Ambassadors will work at a branded activation booth, where they will welcome attendees, distribute complimentary food samples, assist with promotional merchandise, and keep the activation area organized throughout the event. Staff should be comfortable working on their feet, engaging with a steady flow of guests, and helping with light event setup and product restocking.

The anticipated event schedule is approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., although hours may change. Candidates with flexible availability may receive preference.

• Be prepared to provide professional black attire and black closed-toe dress shoes, subject to final uniform instructions.
• Applicants must provide current contact information, location, clothing sizes, and all available shifts.
• Submit two recent JPG photos, including a clear face photo and full-body photo. Images should reflect your current appearance, have been taken within the last three to six months, and not include hats, sunglasses, or filters.
• Include a résumé or summary of relevant brand ambassador, promotional, experiential marketing, or event staffing experience.
• Applicants who have previously worked with the staffing team should provide the brand or event and approximate date of their previous assignment.
• All requested submission materials must be included for consideration.
• Final selection is subject to client approval, with booked candidates contacted directly.

Compensation

• $30 per hour as a W-2 employee.
• Parking expenses are reimbursable with a valid receipt.
