Job summary

Aramark in Pittsburgh is seeking an HR Staffing Coordinator to support our HR team for Steelers games, concerts, and events at Acrisure Stadium. You will assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staffing of hourly union employees and nonprofit groups.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, with strong communication and proficiency in MS Office. Evening/weekend availability and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the hiring process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including I-9 verification and orientation.
• Schedule and facilitate new hire trainings.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Support recruitment through job fairs and events.
• Coordinate staffing for concessions using hourly union employees and nonprofit groups.
• Build staffing plans for each event and communicate needs to staff and leaders.
• Assist with event-day staffing, including call-offs and last-minute coverage.
• Partner with operations managers to align staffing with business needs.
• Provide HR administrative support and reporting.
• Support other Aramark Sports + Entertainment venues in Pittsburgh.
