BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Staff & Security professional at InTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, KS. The role blends event staffing with security responsibilities to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees.

You will support setup, manage access, assist guests, and coordinate with security to maintain order while adapting to event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary).
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Background in event security, law enforcement, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and arrangement of equipment and signage.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks for safe entry.
• Provide friendly customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries and directions.
• Collaborate with staff and security to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in crowd management and control entry/exit flow.
• Respond to security incidents following established protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures in all areas.
• Handle attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
