Pay Range DOE: $18.70 - $19.70 per hour

Work Schedule: 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday), from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. This is a temporary position with part-time and full-time opportunities, ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week.

Work Location: Red Rocks Amphitheatre

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Employees can also contribute pre-tax or Roth post-tax to our retirement plan. Must be 18+ years old. Goodwill of Colorado participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

Job Summary

We are seeking music enthusiasts with event experience to maintain safety at concerts. Responsibilities include ensuring safety for patrons, staff, vendors, and deterring illegal activities.

Essential Functions

• Deterring crime and suspicious activities in various areas including grounds, parking, and buildings.
• Responding effectively to emergencies and crises, including verbal intervention.
• Inspecting bags and escorting individuals as needed.
• Remaining vigilant for safety hazards or property damage.
• Maintaining positive relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors.
• Enforcing policies and performing other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college in criminal justice or security preferred.
• Experience in customer service or public interaction preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks, psychological screening, and other assessments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet employment criteria.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift, lift up to 80 lbs., and assist in restraining or lifting individuals.

• Must pass thorough background checks, including criminal history, fingerprints, and drug screening.
