Event Staff

Position Summary

The Event Staff is the primary contact for guests at the facility, responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment. The role involves knowledge of the building and its services.

Compensation

This role pays an hourly wage of $10 to $15. Part-time roles include benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no deadline.

Responsibilities

• Work in roles such as Ticket Taker, Usher, Security, or Parking.
• Greet and direct guests enthusiastically, perform tasks like ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and providing venue information.
• Respond to emergencies according to protocols, involving supervisors as needed.
• Proactively address guest issues and complaints, resolving them creatively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including parking and security roles.
• Maintain flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
