Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon entrance with a smile and provide assistance throughout the venue.
- Verify tickets or passes for authenticity.
- Assist guests with directions, performance information, and other questions.
- Verify staff credentials for restricted areas if needed.
- Collaborate with team to prepare, set up, and breakdown events.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Additional Duties
- Maintain a professional, energetic, outgoing, and fun personality.
- Ensure proper steps of service are followed.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
Bar and Beverage Service
- Mix drinks and prepare cocktails according to recipes.
- Serve wine, beer, and other beverages.
- Take beverage orders and process payments accurately.
- Check IDs for age verification and promote current specials.
- Perform basic bar prep, restocking, and cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- At least one year of cash handling experience.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle objects, interact with guests, and operate credit card machines safely.
- Ability to stay in designated locations for long periods and move about the venue efficiently.
