Mark Rink is seeking energetic Event Staff to support concerts, conferences, festivals, and corporate gatherings. You will welcome guests, assist with directions, and help ensure smooth operations at fast-paced events.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be comfortable standing for long periods and collaborating with event coordinators and vendors to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or event support preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests as they arrive, providing information and directions as needed.
• Manage ticketing and registration processes efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor event venues to ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Assist in setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event equipment and materials.
• Provide support to event coordinators and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle crowd control and manage queues to promote an orderly environment.
