Role: Event Staff

Event: Developer + AI Tech Conference

Overview: ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an exclusive international developer and tech conference. As part of our team, you will provide general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

About: Join us at this exclusive annual event that brings together the global developer community and brand partners for a unique learning and networking experience. Sponsored by a leading multinational tech company, the event features hands-on sessions with the latest tools, sneak peeks at upcoming innovations, and valuable opportunities to grow your expertise.

Location/Date/Hours:

  • Seattle, WA
    • Friday, May 16th – Wednesday, May 21st
    • Shift times and durations vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs starting in the morning.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties:

A brief paid training is provided each day, and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

  • Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
  • Assist with a seamless registration and check-in process
  • Prepare and distribute badges and event information
  • Operate badge scanners to verify credentials
  • Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
  • Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
  • Provide general event assistance as needed

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
  • Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail, or guest services
