Job description

The Event Sponsorship Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure event sponsorships and improve the experience for partners. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, negotiating agreements, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of sponsor and funder commitments. This individual needs to be available to meet regularly with HIP Development staff and work across multiple teams.

About You:

The selected consultant will work closely with our team to develop, execute, and evaluate a comprehensive event fundraising strategy.

Proposal Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous work with organizations of similar size and mission.
  2. Work Style: Explanation of your approach to developing and implementing fundraising strategies and how you work within a development team.
  3. References: Three professional references from past clients.
  4. Pricing: Budget proposal, including all fees and estimated expenses.
  5. Timeline: Outline the proposed project schedule.
