Job summary

Oak Hill Country Club is seeking an Event Setup & Operations Associate to help prepare our club for events and experiences throughout the year. He/she will transform spaces according to Catering team instructions, arrange tables and furniture, and set up materials for each function.

This role involves moving and returning spaces to original condition, coordinating with Catering and F&B teams, and adapting to last-minute changes. Pay is $17-18/hour for on-site work at Oak Hill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Club spaces for events, meetings, dining experiences, and special functions.
• Review event setup instructions and transform spaces to meet event needs.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, furniture, and equipment for proper room layouts.
• Set tables, arrange furnishings, and place event materials as directed.
• Prepare spaces for events across meeting rooms, restaurants, banquet spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Return spaces to original condition after events, including cleaning and organizing for the next use.
• Collaborate with Catering and Food & Beverage teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of setups.
• Assist with last-minute changes to room configurations as event needs evolve.
• Maintain organized storage areas and workspaces for event equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members, guests, and colleagues.
