Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) is seeking a hands-on Utility Set Up team member for Gainbridge Fieldhouse events. The role involves equipment set-up, game-day setup, and housekeeping tasks with hours that can include evenings, weekends, and early mornings. The position offers cross-training for external campus facilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in event setup, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic arena environment with a team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in event setup or related field.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completion of house equipment set-up before events.
• Assist in completing the assembly and installation of staging, risers, and temporary seating.
• Set up and convert rooms for meetings and events to client expectations.
• Move office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Assist with deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain the building and assist with projects.
• Perform housekeeping duties around plazas, entrances and surrounding areas.
