Job summary

International Institute of Event Management seeks general laborers for event set-up and tear-down. Shifts include Thursday 10/29/26 from 8am to 5pm at $19/hr and tear-down on Sunday 11/1/26 from 4:30pm to 10:30pm. Duties include unloading a 26' box truck, moving equipment, setting up tables, chairs, flooring, bleachers, risers, and pipe/drape.

Applicants should be comfortable with heavy lifting, able to team-lift, and use carts for heavier items; prior event setup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work on a team.
• Experience unloading trucks and setting up event spaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload a 26' box truck and move equipment.
• Set up tables, chairs, rubberized flooring, bleachers and risers.
• Install pipe and drape and other setup tasks.
• Work as a team to transport heavy items.
