Job summary

EventWorks LLC is seeking an Installer to support loading, unloading gear, and setting up drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues. You will work with a crew to deliver reliable service across multiple events.

The role emphasizes customer focus, leadership by example, and the ability to manage workloads from 0 to 40+ hours per week, with potential pathway to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling stresses and challenges.
• Positively interact with team members and customers daily.
• Great attitude and great customer service skills.
• Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English fluently.
• Maintain a professional appearance, reliable transportation, and punctuality.
• Able to problem solve and prioritize needs on jobsites.
• Able to handle team dynamics and customer service issues daily.
• Workload varies from 0-40+ hours per week based on volume and availability.

Responsibilities

• Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site
• Working with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members
• Loading and unloading company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites
• Participating in sets and strikes at event venues
• Completing warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished
• Delivering outstanding customer service
