Job summary

The Quest Events Installer is a customer service position focused on reliability and determination. The role involves safely loading and unloading gear from company vehicles, and setting and striking drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues.

Working with a team of installers, this position offers 0-40+ hours per week based on volume and availability, with potential for overtime and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to handle stress while executing consecutive events.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily activities in the warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
