The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communicate effectively, and maintain professionalism throughout the event setup and breakdown processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities.
• Help organize event materials for efficient setup and use.
• Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Assist team members with event preparation and daily activities.
• Help ensure promotional materials and displays are properly arranged.
• Support event staff during customer-facing activities when needed.
• Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
• Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
• Work efficiently to complete setup activities on schedule.
