We are looking for motivated individuals to join our crew as an Event Setup Laborer. In this role, you'll be at the heart of bringing festivals, carnivals, and large-scale events to life. From setting up tents, staging, and lighting to assembling event structures, you’ll play a crucial part in making events happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up and breaking down event equipment, including tents, stages, tables, chairs, and more
• Working with a team to ensure smooth and efficient event installations
• Lifting and moving equipment (must be comfortable lifting at least 50 lbs)
• Using hand tools and basic equipment to assist in setup
• Learning the trade of large-scale event installations and logistics
• Traveling to different locations for events (local and regional opportunities)
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
