Job summary

Loch Lloyd Country Club is seeking an energetic team member to assist with event setup and tear down, inventory management, and guest service. You will work with servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure events run smoothly in a fast-paced club environment.

The role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality or country club experience is preferred but not required, and the team values

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, country club, hotel, restaurant, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow event setup instructions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move event equipment as required.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and tear down of events such as weddings and banquets.
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces per specifications.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and equipment.
• Manage inventory of event supplies and report damages.
• Support servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure smooth events.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and common spaces during events.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to members and guests.
• Help maintain a safe, secure environment and follow safety procedures.
