Job Summary

The Setup Person is responsible for maintaining tables, resetting rooms, preparing spaces, and assisting service and catering staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the FB Service training program.
  • Set up tables, chairs, and tableware with knowledge of proper settings; ensure all equipment is ready and functioning for events.
  • Break down tables and chairs after events.
  • Assist with food running and bussing as needed.
  • Support service and catering staff with various tasks.
  • Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating last-minute requests and changes.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
