Job summary

OCI Hospitality in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an event services teammate to assist in planning and executing setups for banquets, conferences, and special events. You will help ensure all services and products are available and spaces are prepared to specification.

The role involves setting up spaces, breaking down after events, responding to feedback, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting department quickly and professionally to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in resolving any issues related to event services.
• Assist in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
