• Event Breakdown: Tear down setups and return equipment to storage.
• Room Flips: Transition rooms between events as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work with coworkers to complete setups and breakdowns on schedule.
• Physical Operations: Move and arrange equipment safely.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Support Events & Hospitality team as needed.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Event Space Setup: Arrange tables and chairs according to designated floor plans and event specifications.
• Food Service Setup: Set up buffet tables and food service stations according to the needs and requirements of each event.
• Room Maintenance: Ensure event spaces, tables, chairs, and service areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
• Event Breakdown: Tear down event setups and return tables, chairs, chafing dishes, and other equipment to their designated storage areas.
• Room Flips: Quickly and efficiently transition rooms between events while following updated floor plans and setup instructions.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with coworkers to complete setups and breakdowns accurately and on schedule.
• Physical Operations: Safely lift, carry, move, and arrange event equipment to meet the needs of each function.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Support the Events & Hospitality team with additional responsibilities as needed.
