Summary

Event Services Attendant (Banquet Servers) may assist with the set-up, food service, and equipment functions. This position may also provide back-up assistance as assigned by the Banquet Captain. Also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events, such as weddings, conferences, and corporate events, by providing excellent service to guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure all tables are appropriately set up prior to the event and properly maintained throughout event.
  • Clear plates and glassware from tables and clean and reset tables as needed during the event.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and serving areas throughout event.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and successful event.
  • Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Read, understand and implement the listed specifications on the Banquet Event Order.

Qualifications
  • Prior banquet server experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
